Welcome to FOTOBOOTH. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
FOTOBOOTH provides photo booth rental services for events including, but not limited to, weddings, birthdays,
corporate events, and festivals. Service availability is subject to date and location.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Payment terms (advance percentage, final payment deadline) will be communicated during the booking
process.
- Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a partial refund (minus convenience
charges).
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
- FOTOBOOTH reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full
refund will be provided.
4. Event Day
- Our team will arrive at the venue at the agreed time for setup. We require a minimum of 60 minutes for
setup before the event starts.
- Adequate power supply and a sheltered area (for outdoor events) must be provided by the host.
- Any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue conditions will be the responsibility of the event
host.
5. Photos & Media
- Digital copies of all photos will be shared via QR code or a download link within 24–48 hours after the
event.
- FOTOBOOTH may use event photos for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio) unless the
host explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
- We respect guest privacy. If any guest wishes to have their photo removed from our portfolio, they can
contact us.
6. Limitation of Liability
FOTOBOOTH shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our services. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, our liability is limited to the amount paid
for the booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of FOTOBOOTH and may
not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
